Shipping policy
The items will be delivered to the delivery address you gave us on the order form, at your expense. We cannot be held responsible if the said address is incorrect. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. The delivery of swimsuits purchased from our Online Store may be subject to territorial restrictions. We will provide you with the list of delivery areas on request. See below.
All orders are prepared in 24 hours and sent to the carrier of your choice the next working day. These deadlines can extend up to 7 days during our promotional operations. To this end, please note that a working day corresponds to a day on which French banks are open, with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays. If we have not been able to deliver your order within the aforementioned period, you have the right to cancel the order in question and to be fully reimbursed for the amount paid for said order.
The transfer of ownership of the Products takes place on the date of delivery of the Products to the address you have given us.
Once you have received the Product, you bear all risk of damage or loss of the Product.
In the presence of an apparent anomaly in the package (in particular damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc.), the Buyer or the Recipient of the products ordered must not open the package but is invited to return it unopened in a period of five working days in a post office or to refuse it in the presence of the deliverer and establish a "report of spoliation".
The opening of the said package excludes any recourse to the carrier (La Poste, UPS, ...). The Purchaser or Recipient is also invited to report the problem encountered to paindesucre.com by contacting customer service via customer.service@paindesucre.com
In the case of multiple orders, we reserve the right to deliver the Products separately (each partial delivery being deemed to constitute a separate contract) or to deliver only part of the order.
The online store delivers orders to the following areas:

From January 1st 2021 for shipments worth more than €1,000 exported to the United Kingdom, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay any taxes or customs duties that apply in the country of destination. If the recipient refuses to pay the duties and taxes, the shipment is returned to the sender.
Costs and delivery times for zone 1:

Delivery costs for zone 2:
- DHL Standard: 14 euros - Delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
- DHL Express: 20 euros - Delivery within 3 to 6 working days.

Delivery costs for zone 3:
- DHL Express: 30 euros - Delivery within 6 to 10 working days.
- Colissimo ( French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion): 30 euros - Delivery within 5 to 10 working days.
Customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
From January 1, 2021 for a parcel with a value of more than 1000 € intended for export to the United Kingdom, the recipient will be responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties that apply to the country of destination.
REFUND : Exchange, credit note or refund
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt. to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you have 14 clear days to return the products ordered for reimbursement at your expense.
Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items are not refunded or exchanged. Likewise, returns are only accepted if the products have their original label still attached.
The protective sticker is deliberately kept separate so that the customer can use it to try it out, then remove it and throw it away if she has to return the product.
We will send you an email to confirm the processing of your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item.
For your return order, we invite you to follow the following steps:
If you have a customer account:
- Go to your account, clic "MY ACCOUNT / REQUEST A RETURN".
- Select the product(s) you want to return and the reason why.
- Once the voucher has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Please send the item back to us with the delivery slip, so that our logistics services can identify your order upon receipt.
If you don't have an account:
- Go to your account, clic "REQUEST A RETURN". If you don't have an account go to the bottom of the home page and select "RETURN REQUEST": https://paindesucre.com/a/return
- Complete your order number (only 5 digits after PDS) and your email address
- Select the product(s) you want to return and the reason why.
- Once the voucher has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- Please send the item back to us with the delivery slip, so that our logistics services can identify your order upon receipt.
For France - Belgium - Germany - Netherlands - Luxembourg - Portugal - Spain:
If you choose to make an exchange or receive a credit note, return postage is free
Credit notes are only valid on the www.paindesucre.com website.
If you prefer a refund, and you use the return label sent, the sum of 5€ for France (8€ outside France) corresponding to the return costs will be deducted from your refund. Unless we have delivered an item to you by mistake or the item in question is damaged or faulty.
Upon receipt of your order, we will process your refund within a maximum period of approximately 15 days. If you have a deferred debit card, this operation will be taken into account under the usual conditions of your debits.
We will then refund you the price of the Product and the related delivery costs (delivery costs refunded only if the entire order is returned), excluding return costs, within fourteen (14) working days of the date on which you exercised your right of cancellation.
For the others countries:
We remind you that the return costs are your responsibility (except in the event that we have delivered an item to you in error or if the item in question is damaged or defective).
You can use the carrier of your choice and return your package to us at the address noted in the email confirmation, keeping the proof of deposit which will be requested in the event of a dispute.
Upon receipt of your order, we will process your refund within a maximum period of approximately 15 days. If you have a deferred debit card, this operation will be taken into account under the usual conditions of your debits.
We will then reimburse you for the price of the Product and the related delivery costs (delivery costs reimbursed only if the entire order is returned), excluding return costs, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which you exercised your right of cancellation.
Any order not received must be declared by the customer within a maximum period of 60 working days from exceeding the maximum period indicated for the delivery of the products by email to customer.service@paindesucre.com. Upon receipt of the email declaration of non-receipt of the order, THE OZ for Pain de sucre will investigate the carrier concerned.
EXCHANGE IN SHOP
If the desired size or color is not available on our online store or if you need personalized advice, do not hesitate to contact our our personal shopper by phone or visit the store closest to you.
You may also exchange a product in shop under the following conditions:
1. Contact one of our Pain de Sucre shops in advance to check the availability of the product.
2. The exchange will only be accepted for a product of equal or greater value and on presentation of your invoice.
3. An in-store credit note cannot be generated following an online purchase.
