Shipping policy

The items will be delivered to the delivery address you gave us on the order form, at your expense. We cannot be held responsible if the said address is incorrect. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. The delivery of swimsuits purchased from our Online Store may be subject to territorial restrictions. We will provide you with the list of delivery areas on request. See below.

All orders are prepared in 24 hours and sent to the carrier of your choice the next working day. These deadlines can extend up to 7 days during our promotional operations. To this end, please note that a working day corresponds to a day on which French banks are open, with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays. If we have not been able to deliver your order within the aforementioned period, you have the right to cancel the order in question and to be fully reimbursed for the amount paid for said order.

The transfer of ownership of the Products takes place on the date of delivery of the Products to the address you have given us.

Once you have received the Product, you bear all risk of damage or loss of the Product.

In the presence of an apparent anomaly in the package (in particular damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc.), the Buyer or the Recipient of the products ordered must not open the package but is invited to return it unopened in a period of five working days in a post office or to refuse it in the presence of the deliverer and establish a "report of spoliation".

From January 1st 2021 for shipments worth more than €1,000 exported to the United Kingdom, it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay any taxes or customs duties that apply in the country of destination. If the recipient refuses to pay the duties and taxes, the shipment is returned to the sender.

Costs and delivery times for zone 1:

Delivery costs for zone 2:

Customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

From January 1, 2021 for a parcel with a value of more than 1000 € intended for export to the United Kingdom, the recipient will be responsible for paying any taxes or customs duties that apply to the country of destination.


Extended return deadlines until 01/31/22 for all orders placed between 11/18 and 12/31

If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase, in accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt. to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you have 14 clear days to return the products ordered for reimbursement at your expense.

To exchange a product, you must make a return and then place a new order.

Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items are not refunded or exchanged. Likewise, returns are only accepted if the products have their original label still attached.

The protective sticker is deliberately kept separate so that the customer can use it to try it out, then remove it and throw it away if she has to return the product.

Upon receipt of your order, we will process your refund within a maximum period of approximately 15 days. If you have a deferred debit card, this operation will be taken into account under the usual conditions of your debits.

We will then reimburse you for the price of the Product and the related delivery costs (delivery costs reimbursed only if the entire order is returned), excluding return costs, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which you exercised your right of cancellation.
