Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partner CM-CIC p@iement. Your payment is completely secure.

On the site, payment is made immediately upon completion of the order. Either by means of a bank card such as: Carte Bleue, Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Either by Paypal.

You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

After this period, no refund will be possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges.

If the desired size or color is not available on our online store or if you need personalized advice, our personal shopper is available on the site for this. You can also contact our stores by telephone or visit the store nearest to you.

Before going to the store, we invite you to call to verify that the desired product is available.

To return the ordered products to us, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

After this period, no refund will be possible.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded.

Your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by recredit via our payment partner Payzen, within 14 days from the date of return of the package.

If you made a payment with an American Express card, the refund will appear on your statements the following month.

Your account

Creating a “Pain de Sucre” account is a quick and simple way to place your orders on our site, follow their progress, subscribe to our newsletter and benefit from many other features.

To create an account, simply complete the necessary fields in the registration form, accessible by clicking in the upper right corner of the site: “MY ACCOUNT”.

A link “> Forgot your password? » is available to you following the identification fields. A temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

It happens that the message sent ends up in your junk mail, remember to check your spam.

First check the shift key on your keyboard and/or that your numeric keypad is activated. You can also try creating an account with your email address, to verify that it is linked to an account.

If the problem persists, please contact customer service so that they can correct the problem as soon as possible.

To modify your personal contact details, log in to your customer area. Once identified, you will have access to your personal information which you can modify as many times as you need.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, your personal data collected when creating your account, placing an order or subscribing to the newsletter are held confidential. They are necessary for the proper processing of your orders and for the personalization of commercial offers to you.

You can modify your newsletter subscription in two ways:


The first is accessible directly from the page of a newsletter that you have received. You will find at the bottom of the page a link to automatically unsubscribe.


The second way is to directly access the Pain de Sucre website, log in to your customer account and click on the “My info” tab to modify various information.

Our products

If the Pain de Sucre stores are closed due to Covid in Metropolitan France, our personal shopper is at your disposal on the site to guide you. Our teams also remain at your disposal to guide you in your purchases. Do not hesitate to contact us on the online chat from 5:00 p.m. to midnight.

If the “I buy” button is visible and clickable after selecting the size and color, then the item is available. If the item is out of stock in the online store, you can register to be notified when it is available again. If the item is not available in the online store, you can contact our personal shopper via chat or by phone on 09 74 76 50 97 to check availability in store.

The withdrawal period has not been exceeded (14 days after receipt of the package).

If you cannot find a specific model, type a brief description or name of the product in the search bar at the top right of the page (in case you are aware of the product type). If you have already carried out this operation, found nothing or are not aware of the product, we invite you to contact customer service specifying the desired reference. It will tell you if a restocking of the reference is planned or if the product is available in store.

You can contact our personal shopper via chat or call the store that interests you, telling them the reference of the desired product, so that they can tell you availability.
