Pain de Sucre is looking for an assistant store manager. You are the ambassador of the Pain de Sucre brand and manage the point of sale in accordance with the commercial policy and image of the company.
Your role :
> Welcome, advice and professional support for customers
> Development of turnover to achieve commercial objectives
> Inventory management, orders and restocking
> Creation of windows and merchandising
> Loyalty and optimization of the customer file
> Reporting and analysis of turnover statistics
> Training, motivation of the sales team
Required profile :
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of “business”, and benefit from successful experience in the world of high-end women. Presentation and expression skills required.
Endowed with a great sense of “service”, having a taste for contact with an international clientele, you appreciate challenges. Rigor and organization are your credo.
